Thirteen people
That is the whole staff. It means most teachers work across several classes and most children are taught by nearly everyone before they leave. A concern raised at the school gate reaches the right person the same morning, because there is no chain for it to travel along.
It also means we depend on one another, and on parents, more than a larger school would.

- Safeguarding Governor: Caroline Vickers
- First aiders: Sarah Seeds, George Sutton, Mia Seeds, Ruth Allen
